Salary: £28,000 basic per annum plus bonus, OTE £34,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

We are currently recruiting for a Service & Warranty Supervisor role at our client’s main dealership in the Huddersfield area. Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience as a Service Supervisor and a strong understanding of warranty processes.

Role Overview - Service & Warranty Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate daily service department activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards
- Process and manage warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring timely submissions and accurate documentation

- Lead and support a team of service advisors and technicians
- Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, warranty claims, and departmental KPIs to senior management
Requirements - Service & Warranty Supervisor
- Proven experience in a service or warranty supervisory role within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Familiarity with dealer management systems and warranty processing software
